The mc_PuP product and all associated components may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase in good condition for either a full refund, or in exchange for a new unit.  

To initiate a return, send a message in the Contact Us page with your name, address, product name, the reason for returning it, and whether you want a new unit or a refund.  You will be sent a USPS Ground Advantage return shipping label.  The product must be shipped back from the country to which it was initially shipped.  After the package is received and verified, either a new product will be shipped to you free of charge, or the card used for the initial purchase will be credited for the full price of the product.

After 30 days, an 11-month warranty period takes effect.  It covers parts and labor for repair of failure due to normal use.  The customer shall send a message in the Contact Us page with his/her name, address, product name, and the nature of the failure.  The customer shall be responsible for shipping the product back to pupcom.  Pupcom shall repair and return the product back to the customer.
